Loads of Change helps 41 people with laundry

Poulsbo Lions served 41 unhoused/low-income people Wednesday during Loads of Change at the Village Laundromat to the tune of $624.25. We appreciated the $193.25 in donations we received, as well as the jugs of laundry pods. We washed 110 loads, and dried 110 loads, as well.

55 kids get vision screened at Martha & Mary

Poulsbo Lions screened the vision of 55 children at Martha & Mary in Poulsbo on Monday and Tuesday. 10 children were referred for further care. Our team included Karen Reitan, Elda Armstrong, Dan Holt, Steve Calhoun, and Laurie Carson. #kidsight #visionscreening #poulsbolions #WeServe

Many Poulsbo Lions hit major milestones

These Poulsbo Lions have been Lions for a combined 165+ years! They recently received milestone chevrons - Elda Armstrong (25 years), Michelle Grenier (10), Andy Hento (45!), and Kent Lord (15). President Pat Osler (10) and Linda Schwind (15). And Scott Puhn hit 45 years also! These are amazing people and amazing Lions. You can be a Lion too!

58 kids screened at Silverdale daycare

 Poulsbo Lions are currently collecting new teddy bears for Mary Bridge Hospital, seeking photographs of the NK area for a fundraising calendar, and planning for upcoming events like White Canes and Viking Fest. Lions tackle huge loads of laundry

 During our Poulsbo Lions Club's Loads of Change yesterday, we spent $694 ($54.75 was Lions donations) helping 54 people with 118 loads of wash and 100 dryer loads. Now we need more laundry pods! #cleanlaundry #poulsbolions #weserve #villagelaundromat #loadsofchange

Lions give $3,000 to Coffee Oasis from Bellringer Fun
