New year, new calendar photo

Happy New Year! This amazing photo was taken by Mark McKnight and is in our 2024 NK Photo Calendar for January. We still have a few calendars left. If you'd like one, please leave a comment. Each calendar is $10, and includes 13 months of gorgeous photos taken in and around North Kitsap.

 

Fund-raising calendars available at area stores

 

We need your help to make our 2024 NK Photo Calendar fund-raiser successful! Calendars are $10 each - and all proceeds go right back into our community to purchase things like eye exams, eyeglasses, hearing aids, provide laundromat service for the unhoused and low-income, etc.

You may buy a calendar at: Hansville Grocery, Fluff N Stuff (Poulsbo), Historical Society, Red Apple (Viking Ave.), Maritime Museum, and Farmers Insurance on Jensen St.

 

We'll also have Poulsbo Lions sitting down in front of Bad Blanche from time to time on a Friday or Saturday.

Our very first NK Photo Calendar raised more than $3,000 for Poulsbo Lions to put back into the community. We're hoping to do even better with our 2024 calendar.

Seeking terrific photos and new stuffed animals and help with upcoming events

 Poulsbo Lions are currently collecting new teddy bears for Mary Bridge Hospital, seeking photographs of the NK area for a fundraising calendar, and planning for upcoming events like White Canes and Viking Fest. We invite YOU to help out! We meet tomorrow (Thursday) from 12:15-1:15 pm at Vinland Lutheran Church, 2750 NW Finn Hill Rd, Poulsbo. Bring lunch if you want. Coffee and water are available.
