Karen Shields earns $500 for cover of our new photo calendar!

Our 2023 North Kitsap photo calendar is HERE! CONGRATS to Karen Shields of Poulsbo, who won $500 for the cover photo! We have so many talented photographers in the area and this calendar highlights their skills. Additionally, the calendar was printed by long-time Poulsbo Lions Club supporter Blue Sky Printing.

Calendars are $10 each and available at the Maritime Museum on Front Street and Smart Chiropractic on Ridgetop Blvd in Silverdale. We will have lots at Grace Chapel at Vinland Lutheran Church, 2750 Finn Hill Rd, on Thursday where we meet from 12-1:15 pm. We're hoping to add more locations soon! If you know a Poulsbo Lion, ask him/her for a calendar - this replaces the birthday calendar we've done for the past 67 years.
And as with our other fundraisers, ALL sales/donations for these calendars right back into the NK community! #poulsbolions #lioncalendar #WeServe #photocalendarfundraiser #nk

August 25 is a picnic, not a meeting

Nelson Park will once again be the venue of our annual Poulsbo Lions Club picnic on Thursday, Aug. 25, at 5 p.m. The picnic is a fun time of gathering socially with Lions and their families. Bring a prospective Lion to show what fun our club has in a social setting!

The cost is $10 per family, which covers park rental and the cost of the hot dogs/hamburgers/buns and soft drinks. The rest is potluck, so bring a favorite dish to share! A sign-up sheet is going around at our Thursday meeting.
