Japanese Lions welcome our own Gil Williams

 

Poulsbo Lion Gil Williams met with fellow Lions—including fellow Lion and Chiba Mayor Shunichi Kamiya—while visiting Chiba Japan.

Williams took a variety of Poulsbo Lions Club items including pins and banners, and will share his adventures with us on April 20 at our regular meeting, if you'd like to join us! We meet from 12:15-1:15 p.m. at Vinland Lutheran Church, 2750 NW Finn Hill Rd., Poulsbo. Coffee and water are available.

Vice District Governor Pat Burch presents Elda Armstrong with a certificate for completing the third and final leg of The Lions Journey, of which there are requirements for service, leadership and growth. Congrats Elda!

 

Lion Thomas from Norway presented President John Macdonald with a banner from his club today.

 

President John Macdonald and Vice District Governor Pat Burch were on hand to present former President Kent Lord (far right) with a centennial patch for an increase in members while he led our Poulsbo Noon Lions.

Vision screening and visitation....

Poulsbo Lions screened the vision of 40+ NK homeschool students Tuesday - and no referrals! (That's a good thing!) Thanks to Lions Pat, Sherri, Steve and Pauline.

Also, Lions Sherri, Pat, and Harlan visited the Port Angeles Lions Club! It's GREAT to be a Poulsbo Lion!!!
