Laundry day is fast approaching

Coming up in a week - laundry day! To take part, individuals must be from North Kitsap (Poulsbo, Keyport, Hansville, Suquamish, Indianola, Bainbridge) and unhoused or low-income.

If you're in the position to donate, packs of wipes (like baby wipes) would be nice. They come in handy, especially for the unhoused living in the woods or cars. These may be dropped off at John L. Scott Real Estate on 10th Avenue, or bring Feb. 21 between 2-6 pm to the Village Laundromat.

We spent $645 ($45 in Lions' donations).
We washed 115 loads and dried 105.
Special thanks to Lions Ray and Ria McMahon for being an integral part of the program, and Lions Dennis Tesch and Terry Blais.
