Armstrong honored for 2019-2020 year as Zone C-4 chair
Past District Governor Pat Burch presented Zone C-4 Chairwoman Elda Armstrong with a plaque for her 2019-2020 year at our noon meeting Oct. 14 at Vinland's Grace Chapel. Armstrong was recently recognized for exceptional
service. Her plaque says "Thank you for your energy, enthusiasm
and heart for service. A consummate "team player." Armstrong is zone chair this
year, as well.
