A delicious evening of steak

Our annual Steak Night is a feast for the eyes, and one that signals the end of our calendar fund-raiser, with those Lions selling 20 or more calendars earning a free steak dinner. Our Poulsbo Lions met October 29 at the Masonic Hall in Port Gamble.

Chuck Weaver was on one grill.

John MacDonald manned a second grill. These two have been cooking the steaks for years.

Inside the hall where it's warmer and drier, Scott Puhn talks to Dennis Deitch and his wife, Denise.

Lisa Hobbs chats with Herb Armstrong, with Jim Schoettler on the far right.

Sue Weaver, Elda Armstrong and Karen Reitan.

John Armstrong and guest and Ken Rury.

Irv Spellman spears a steak.

Jay and Sandi Dahlquist, Barb Stark, Roger and Katoo Sherrard.

Irv, our oldest member at 90, shows the full meal - steak, green salad and baked potato.
