Loads of Change helps 45 people with their laundry
Our Loads of Change Wednesday helped 45 people with 57 loads of wash (71 loads in the dryer) to the tune of $384. Special thanks to the Severe Weather Shelter of Kingston for its donation, along with others' donations of cash and pod detergent. We appreciate it! Donations may be left at John L. Scott Real Estate (ask for Pat Osler or Dennis Deitch).

Clean laundry day coming up Wednesday
This Wednesday, June 19, is Loads of Change for the unhoused/needy at The Village Laundromat.
A couple of reminders: For North Kitsap residents only, and the last load of wash should be in by 5:30 p.m.

50 unhoused and needy individuals helped with laundry program
Another successful afternoon of Loads of Change is in the books. We were able to help 50 people doing 78 loads of wash, and drying 71 loads for $478.25 ($90.75 in Lions donations).
Ray and Ria were on hand as usual, along with Terry Blais, with help for a couple of hours from Dennis Tesch and Dennis Deitch.
Many thanks to those of you who donated laundry pods because we really go through them!

Wednesday is laundry day
Laundry day is coming up this Weds., May 15! We start putting in the quarters at 2 p.m. and the last load to wash should be in by 5:30 p.m.

Lions help 46 people with clean laundry
Our April Loads of Change served 46 people who are unhoused or low-income. Poulsbo Lions paid $515.25 ($40.50 in donations) for 81 washers and 112 dryers. Lions helping were Ray and Ria McMahon, Terry Blais, Dennis Tesch and Lee Metcalf.
Our next Loads of Change will be May 15.
