Second vice district governor visits Poulsbo

Poulsbo Lions President Kathy Moncrief received a certificate of appreciation from our guest speaker at today's meeting, Cindy Fickett, second vice district governor.

The certificate was for our "dedication, passion and outstanding performance to your community."
