To relink your Preferred Card, visit www.albertsonscp.com. You'll need your card number, which is on the card, or at the top of an Albertson's receipt, or you can call customer service at 877-932-7948. Once you submit your number, you can link it to the Lions Club of Poulsbo, whose number is 49000115446.
